MVY Search is comprised of husband and wife team Teri and Ralf Pirozzi who currently reside on the beautiful Island of Martha’s Vineyard. With decades of experience in recruiting, marketing and business management, Teri and Ralf can provide effective support for your staffing needs.
Ralf Pirozzi
Ralf Pirozzi has cultivated his entrepreneurial and customer-facing talents in the thirty plus years in corporate executive search.
As a trusted partner and advisor, Ralf has applied his passion for building and nurturing relationships as he continues to find the perfect candidates in today’s competitive market.
Teri Pirozzi
Teri Pirozzi, along with her IT and marketing skills, has an extensive background in recruiting, sourcing and career & small business coaching, including identifying career direction, conducting an effective job search, enhancing work performance and strategic career planning.
In addition to recruiting, Ralf and Teri operate a substantial fleet of luxury and touring vehicles, offering black car limousine service, private and group tours, as well as wedding and event transportation on Martha’s Vineyard. They both are ambassadors and active members with the Martha’s Vineyard Chamber of Commerce.
